Introductions

For this micro-fiction zine, our Narrative Writing class worked towards creating compelling stories about our protagonist, Ash, a non-binary psychic who happens upon a murder in their high school reunion. The micro-fictions range from six words, three sentences and one paragraph. Each of us created a micro-fiction in relations to either Ash’s backstory or their current predicament. Although the characters and scenarios are universal, all the micro-fictions are unique stories told with the voices of each individual writers. We hope you enjoy the stories and experience Ash’s world through our writings.
